If you are dissatisfied with any product, please e-mail our Customer Service team at email@example.com within 30 days of receipt of shipment to receive authorization and return instructions. Returns made without authorization may be refused.
Once authorized, unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Products must be shipped back to MP Labs at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued promptly upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.
NO RETURNS ON SELECT SALE ITEMS. Some sale items are short-dated or discontinued. We cannot accept the return of these items unless you receive a return authorization from our Customer Service. A 25% restocking fee may be applied on such returns.
SORRY, WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES ON RETURNED ITEMS. If you wish to exchange a product for an alternate one, return the product after receiving an approval, then place a separate order for the product you desire.
